This company has been very fair to me.
Pros
Flexible scheduling - they hashed out a schedule with me that allowed me to go to school and work at the same time. Solid leadership - I can only speak for the U.S. branch in L.A. but the people at the top care about your growth. If your performance is suffering they'll work with you to address your issues. Good foot in the door to tech - I was exposed to a lot of different enterprise equipment and really learned a lot. Your network interaction will primarily be at layer 1 but you'll learn a lot of stuff like Linux, Wordpress, Ticketing, etc.
Cons
Most of this company's core workforce is Chinese, so there will always be a slight language barrier that hinders communication. Personally, it was never a big issue but you do need to read between the lines a little bit on your end. The pay was a bit low, but that's about expected for an entry level tech position. Probably the biggest one - THE OVERTIME. If you're traveling, get ready to do some OT. They're not stingy about paying you that extra (which I probably should've put in the pros section) but get ready to put in some long hours. The flipside is that you'll have opportunities to make more cash.
