I have been working at Quantimetrix full-time

    Pros

The Company over all is great, Good benefits, 401K, PTO and Holidays off. Most of the people who work here are friendly and work hard for the better of the company. I think great things are to come for us all. Monty is a wonderful Man who truly cares but I believe sometimes he puts to much trust in the wrong people who are two face snakes.

    Cons

Some of the people that are on salary shouldn't be and they take advantage of the company by coming in late, leaving early and not doing much of anything all day. The company would be better off without them it's a waste of payroll.

    Advice to Management

Cut the dead weight ASAP! and give the ones who work hard a raise. We really don't need them because even now thing keep going without their help.

I have been working at Quantimetrix full-time

    Pros

The best thing about Quantimetrix is definitely the people. This is a small company with a huge heart and a family feel.

    Cons

The commute is a little lengthy for me personally but it's worth it. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

    Advice to Management

Never stop listening to your people.

I worked at Quantimetrix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible hours, family oriented,

    Cons

Its not what you know but who you know. Everyone is either family, hiring their closest friends or sleeping with each other.

No room for growth due to employees staying for years.

Production staff didnt speak english that well so slight language barrier at times.

If the executive assistant doesnt like you, youre out of a job, be warned to cater and kiss her butt heavily.

    Advice to Management

Hire real managers and not slick mouth people.

    Pros

Small company with family-like feeling. Secure as long as you meet the requirements and are content with where you are.

    Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement within the company so if you want to advance you need to look outside.

    Advice to Management

In a small company like this, relationships within all levels of employees are important and the dynamics that exist should be given more consideration.

    Pros

This family-owned company has been doing business for 40 years! Father-to-son. There is NO internal politicking here, NO faceless mega corporate management culture. It may be small, but, they have BIG ideas. The employees are friendly, and the work environment is pleasant. The Redondo Beach location is a plus. If you work with integrity, management will know. Shouldn’t we all be working and contributing to that standard. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values experience and new ideas. You can’t say that about many these days.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to offer.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Good benefits, great location, big potential for growth. There are certain products that could propel the company to greater heights.

    Cons

Big politics with certain people being seen as untouchable. Be careful whose toes you step on. There is no room for growth for certain positions.

    Advice to Management

Certain executive management personnel should be reconsidered.

    Pros

Quantimetrix offers good benefits, Good group of upper managers, with a very pleasant work environment, and the ability to advance to new positions.

    Cons

Quantimetrix is a small company so you will have to wear many hats and be expected to go beyond what your job description entails. Long time between salary increases.
