Pros
- transparent culture - customer first mindset - everyone is in the same boat and willing to step in and do what it takes - able to experiment and own my business without too much oversight - quickly pivots in response to market demands
Cons
- benefits could improve (ie 401k) - company moves very fast: not a con for all, but anyone who joins needs to be ready for the lightning pace

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience at Quantive. We're glad to hear that you appreciate our transparent culture and our customer-first mindset. We're also happy that you feel free to experiment in your role. We know that creativity, experimentation, and innovation are critical to success in our industry. You are right about the pace of our company; we move fast and can pivot even faster. We recognize that this may not be for everyone, but we're glad to hear that you're comfortable with this pace. We're proud of the team of strong contributors we've built so far, including you. Finally, we are regularly reviewing our benefits offerings to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of our employees. We do currently offer a 401K plan for our US teammates as part of our benefits package. Please feel free to contact the People Ops team if you have any suggestions on how we can better support you. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being a valuable member of our team. Please let us know if you have any further feedback or suggestions. Best Tomas, People Operations

Pros
First and foremost, the product is the best in the category. There is always room for improvement but customers agree we're the most robust. But why I love coming to work every day is ultimately the people. A lot of brilliant, experienced professionals work here and truly care about the methodology and product. In addition to the first-in-class workforce, leadership takes care of its people and recognizes wins when they happen. The reviews speak for themselves on what makes Gtmhub a special place to work. While a review below suggests that most good Glassdoor evaluations were suggested by management, it's just not true. Our CEO a few months back asked the company to leave honest reviews: the good, the bad the ugly. Sounds to me like people left honest reviews of their experience, albeit mostly positive. Finally, like all growing start-ups, processes are being actively built and refined; kinks are getting recognized and addressed. If you want to come work where you can make a measurable impact that will go recognized and compensated for, come to Gtmhub.
Cons
At our size, there are changes being made to the organization to streamline processes and improve results. Be adaptable and raise your hand in making these improvements and you will have a fulfilling experience.

Pros
I’ve now been at Quantive for over 6 months so I feel like I’ve got enough to back this up: this move was an amazing decision for me. On a personal level, I have a great financial package. My base is generous and the upside for bonus is even better. It allows me to live comfortably and focus on my work/professional progression instead of always looking around the bend at when the next pay bump is coming. Competence and creativity are rewarded here, with emphasis on “create”: you actually have to deliver on your ideas, it can’t just all be hot air. If you suck and you’re not delivering value, there’s no hiding behind a title. Personally, this system works in my favor. However, if you want a place to cruise, you will find yourself very uncomfortable. The caliber of management I’ve experienced here is incredible, but they do expect excellence - step up or step out. Culturally, this place is a breath of fresh air amongst all of these tech companies peddling the fake, Silicon-Valley style “we are family” line. I was lucky enough to visit the Bulgarian HQ and I absolutely loved it. The people there are humble, hardworking, straightforward, and truly kind. I think this carries through the entire company and lends to an extremely transparent, authentic, and honest culture. No, we are not family, but we are all professionals and respect one another (and have a great time, whilst we’re at it).
Cons
Not a con of the company, but the market: it is immature, and thus many people don’t know what is required for a good deployment until they choose a cheap competitor and their OKR program fails. I can’t tell you how many ex-Viva Goals customers have come to us after realizing it takes more than just shoving some half-baked OKRs into a platform to transform your strategy.

Pros
I selected Gtmhub as an advisor for one of my clients in September of 2020. As a result, I met our CEO & Co-Founder and knew it was the next Mission, that would enable me to assemble the best Team (again) to serve our partners and customers. Last, I sought a role that fulfilled my vocational development that offered high growth in an emerging category of SaaS. Our Obsession: At Gtmhub, we are obsessed with focusing on what's best for our customers and never lose sight of who is fueling our growth. Our customers, a global team represented across six continents & seventeen countries, push the boundaries and embrace an outcome vs. output-focused mindset. On Culture: Success is neither reverse engineered nor gamified. You are focused on what matters and achieving your OKRs (individually or as a collective team with your customers + teams), or you are not. If you aren't someone who embraces the chaos of high-growth environments and are accustomed to meeting vs. setting the modern standard of excellence, you should carefully assess if this is your Mission. Your prior success & experience (while helpful and valued) is not a predictor of your success.
Cons
The machine makes a bit of noise and will continue to do so as we embrace high growth and evolve our teams, customers, and partnerships. If you have ever built anything enduring, you'll read this as a strength. (smile)

Pros
Great mission, challenging and rewarding work, and amazing people (but we don't pretend we're a family!)
Cons
I'd like to see more accountability to performance on a regular basis, not just in big displays every now and then.

We want to also thank you for sharing your thoughts on accountability. We completely agree that accountability to performance is critically important, now more than ever. As a product, this is part of what we deliver. As a team, this is why we’re here — to do the best work of our lives. As a business, we’re committed to building and nurturing a culture where accountability reigns, and where outcomes, not outputs, are rewarded. #BeExceptional If you have anything further to share, please don't hesitate to reach out. Best, Tomas, People Operations

Pros
Very transparent leadership, employees always kept in the loop with wins and challenges company is facing Product improvements are happening on a nearly daily basis and product team is very responsive to feedback from clients and employees alike Everyone that works at Gtmhub is open, friendly, and willing to help. Great culture, especially for a remote company
Cons
As a startup, the business is still growing and there are the usual hiccups

Pros
Culture, Benefits, Autonomy, Variety, Opportunity, and Transparency Gtmhub has a great culture and transparency company-wide, with competitive pay and benefits. The autonomy is something I greatly appreciate and the fact that we are measured on outcomes, and no micromanaging of outputs. They are in a hypergrowth stage right now, so there is constant change (which some could see as a con), however, there is also a lot of opportunity for career advancement. For someone to thrive here, I believe you have to have to be ambitious, self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with change. You also need to be the type of person who will admit mistakes (they value this) and always be willing to learn.
Cons
Right now they are in a hypergrowth stage, which isn't necessarily a con, but you have to be prepared for constant change, processing being developed, and other growing pains.
