Could lead to injury. - Inventory placed on metal carts that can break. - Never had the right tools to preform my job correctly, Always shortcuts. - Hire for low wage then expect the world from you. - Position too dependent on completion from other Departments. - Microsoft Excel dependent. - Below average Inventory Management System. Constant problems. - Management there not to lead, but to watch bottom line. - High pressure situations arose from lack of oversight. - Production schedule never accurate. - Something always went wrong daily. - Cannot progress in position. You will burnout. - Management dictated culture.
