The management was extremely supportive. Everyone at the office was friendly to talk to. Definitely no micro-management. Training for the job was amazing. I had experience where I was given a SOP and told to start working couple of hours later. However, at Quantus, I was trained in-office and at client sites for the best performance as my work at the client sites is the face and the quality of the company. The lab training was great as well. Both the lab manager and the department manager were very supportive. The personal use of company car was a perk as well.
Cons
Starting pay was a bit low; however, there was the company provided vehicle, which was a big plus. I didn't realize the company car was a big perk until after I left the company. To be honest, I really can't think of any cons that were significant.
