Pros

Nothing at this point for this company. Completely frustrated.

Cons

Working here has been a frustrating and eye-opening experience. The company severely underpays its employees and offers almost meaningless salary hikes—sometimes just a few hundred—while leadership continues to reward themselves disproportionately, 5-7 lakhs per month. The gap between employee compensation and management earnings is not just large, it feels unjustifiable. The overall culture comes across as exploitative. Employees are expected to deliver results without being fairly compensated or recognized. Transparency is practically non-existent, and there is little regard for employee growth or well-being. It often feels like the organization is focused solely on extracting as much value as possible from its workforce while giving very little in return. There are also concerning practices in how clients, especially in international markets, are handled. From what I’ve observed, the approach raises serious ethical questions and impacts the credibility of the services being delivered. In short, this is not a company that values its people or operates with strong integrity. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining to think twice.

One of the best company to work with. Great place for learning and building your career. There is so much to get a platform and senior leadership is very supportive. i feel like my own work when I'm working here. There are people spreading fake and false news but don't go buy it.

Pros

These kind of companies don’t even deserve to be called as company.

Cons

I was associated with this firm for a very short period, but my experience was extremely unpleasant. I received a call regarding a job opening, and from the very first interaction, the caller did not sound professional. Despite this, an interview was scheduled. The interview was conducted with one of senior VP. Given the senior-sounding designation, I expected a professional interaction. However, during the telephonic interview, he asked me to introduce myself and abruptly interrupted to ask me to turn on my video, while he himself kept his camera off. Being a women, this felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Throughout the interview, there were irrelevant questions, inappropriate jokes, and several overly personal questions that made me uneasy. Despite this, I was informed that I had been selected. Due to financial constraints at the time, I accepted the offer. Unfortunately, after joining, the experience turned into a nightmare. During my probation period, I was required to come to the office from 9 PM until 6 AM regularly. On multiple occasions, no one was present except very few people, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I endured this situation for nearly three months solely to support my family. Eventually, I resigned. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before considering employment here. In my experience, the company exploits employees, especially those going through difficult times, and takes advantage of their loyalty. The work culture felt unethical, and the business practices appeared questionable
