      Good people, but unclear culture and leadership changes

      Pros

      The company has an interesting product and many skilled people. There are several teams with friendly and supportive colleagues. Working with them was a good experience.

      Cons

      There is a gap between the official culture and the everyday reality. There is a lot of focus on social events and fun initiatives. But deeper team and behavior issues are not always addressed. Some long-tenured employees seem to have strong informal influence, and not all problematic situations are handled (including toxic behavior). Decision-making is sometimes unclear. Informal relationships and past leadership dynamics appear to affect opinions behind the scenes. Over time, many experienced and respected people have left, which has affected morale and continuity in the teams. There have also been several changes at the executive level. Some leaders stayed only a short time, which created uncertainty and left teams without clear direction.

      The coffee is free; everything else comes at a price

      Pros

      The office is so centrally located in Copenhagen’s Meat Packing District. A genuine perk if you enjoy lunch options more than actual company benefits. We have a professional-grade coffee machines. The coffee itself is… an acquired taste. Think “motivational challenge in a cup.” The Technical Engagement managers are legitimately excellent, supportive, competent, and human. If you want to learn and grow, work with them while you still can. Many middle managers are the kind of leaders you’d happily follow into battle. Unfortunately, the promotion algorithm seems to favor the exact opposite personality type. The commercial leadership used to be world-class. Past tense intentional. The remaining colleagues are lovely, collaborative, and talented. Management appears to be working tirelessly to fix that last part.

      Cons

      Practically inexistent benefits. Commissions plans that make you don't want to work. Pension practically non-existent. Lacking transparency in every decision and policy. Top managers that just talk and never say anything. Fascinating long answers that do not answer the actual questions.
