Coworkers are cool and most of middle management does what they can to support their team.
Cons
Senior management is winging it. Being told everything is better despite that not actually being the case, especially on the BD side. The team is able to read between the lines. Hope we figure it out soon. Monthly office days are becoming stressful due to weird development workshops.
You can get involved with working level running of the company in a way rhat you can't in other businesses. Get stuck in to help shape the direction of the business.
