Pros
It's one of the best places where I have worked because of the culture. It feels like an extended family. Most employees are nice and genuinely try to work with each other, and the management encourages schedule flexibility and spending time with family.
Cons
The company direction and strategy is good, but their financial growth does depends on how fast is the growth of the wearables and IoT markets
