      Pros

      Laid-back and friendly environment. Workers are friendly because of the freedom they have (provided they do their work).

      Cons

      In some cases, it can be stressful during rushes. Other than that you are usually hired through word of mouth / through a friend.

      as long as you can remember your recipe well you had no problem whenever you are finished on all duties that were assigned to you, you can relax until another customer shows up

      Cons

      during slow hours the store get relatively quiet the pay wasnt good
