Hi
Thank you for your review.
Over the last year and a half we have been able to offer our residential clients soft-landings with other IT service providers and have dedicated our efforts to our small and medium business clients.
Your idea of a tier system for the clients is great, we use a very similar system when reviewing our annual agreements with our clients just with letters not colors.
Our documentation and processes are a work in progress as well as our benefits partner programs, thank you for your input.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and the time you spent with Quicktech
