Business Outlook
Pros
Culture of most teams is excellent. Lots of banter and great relationships. Great focus on making the work day enjoyable, and stress free. Lots of opportunity for further learning and qualifications, if you are hungry for it, and can balance it against your billable.
Cons
Pay is minimal compared to market standards. Processes have been left behind during recent growth from the company. Lots of client knowledge brain drain in some teams. Communication between teams is poor, each team works autonomously to each other. Leadership pitches about internal growth do not meet reality. Company prefers to hire externally than offer internal growth in most cases.
