      Working in entertainment and movies/TV

      Cons

      Being screamed at by the VP and upper management. Pleas for help with challenges are ignored. Rampant favoritism. Underpaid and overworked. Being spoken to like you are trash. Total disregard to HR norms, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Sexual harassment from management.

      Fun culture but quickly turns borderline abusive

      Pros

      Decent workplace, fun boss, mostly supportive coworkers, diverse culture is celebrated and welcomed.

      Cons

      Lots going on behind the scenes that management makes an effort to conceal. Huge culture of secretiveness. Raises and promotions are almost unheard of, even with employees who have worked there over a decade. Nepotism is a real big issue, especially in the global offices. There is no such thing as structure or consistency here, so it's really what you make of it.

      Fun company feels like a start up with 20 years experience

      Pros

      Fast paced environment, never look at the clock. Office is a fun place to work. Great clients, get to work on amazing projects. Work hard and you get rewarded and promoted.

      Cons

      Lots of projects to juggle. Always busy. Daily Freight delays which are out of your control.
