I strongly advise job seekers to avoid Recex. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and concerning. They initially appear professional and pay the first month’s salary in full. However, from the second month onwards, the problems begin. Despite consistently performing well, the company abruptly decided to withhold my salary without any valid reason. They make false promises, claiming that the salary will be released soon, but never follow through. This appears to be a pattern of behavior and not a one-time issue. Key individuals like Gaurav and Harsh have shown a complete lack of professionalism and ethics. With such leadership, it’s hard to see how this company can sustain long-term growth. Recex engages in deceptive hiring practices—bringing in employees, getting work done, and then withholding payment. This is not just unethical, it’s fraudulent. Please think twice before joining Recex. Don’t fall into the trap of this dishonest organization.
