Pros

Excellent benefits, well above market. Decent pay (considering the added value of the benefits). Great people. Great learning experience for young people.

Cons

Horrible, useless, and unaccountable senior management. Huge gender disparity in management positions. Does not value or invest in employees. Advancement opportunities are practically non-existent. Raises are very hard to come by, and annual increases barely cover rising insurance costs. Upper management has been ruining a once vibrant and creative culture.

Pros

Great experience. You will learn a lot and when you leave you will make a lot more money. The health insurance and 401k match are hard to beat.

Cons

The management will not recognize your work. The best way to succeed it to be a 'yes' man and brown nose management. Ideas for improvement, ideas for saving money, ideas for improving documentation, developing training, ideas for a better product for the client, and ideas for better communication with the client will be shot down and looked badly upon. Ideas for improvement go against the egos of management. You will likely be punished for improving the company.
