      Pros

      Pay rate for not having a degree isn't the best, but better then minimum wage

      Cons

      secretive management, backstabbers, no communication, low workmanship standards, too many hours, not enough breaks/no encouragment to take breaks, no room for personal growth, no encouragment for education

      Pros

      Great work ethic from the people on the floor.

      Cons

      No integrity from Upper Management! Agree with everything they say, or you're on your way out. They will lie to your face about growth; blind side you when you've accomplished your task. Do some research and see how many positions are filled by persons with more than a couple years with the company.

      Pros

      Being in a company that manufactures something is cool.

      Cons

      Upper management will stab you in the back the moment they get a chance. Layoffs happen every year (which they insist "won't happen this year" but always does) and no one is safe. You will give up your holiday time with you family just to be laid off right after the busy season.
