Pros
The coworkers feel like friends and the everyone generally got along. Lots of good banter and overall friendly environment
Cons
While safety is the primary focus, a lot inconsistencies when bringing up safety concerns, including cost concerns, and implementation. There are lots of products that are missing clear work instructions, therefore new hires are taught from others that also never got proper training due to turnover. As a result there is no more culture of accountability and quality, and the product suffers.
