      - Opportunity to learn lot of stuff in short period of time. -Ability to push own ideas. - Indirect communication with superiors. - Average salary and benefits. - Flexible working hours

      - Personal satisfaction could be significantly bellow company average if one is stuck in team with "bad" project or bad direct superior. - Lack of procedures - sometimes results in ad-hoc decision making which generates unneeded work. - Lack of carrier development path results in dissatisfaction for people who stagnate on current position. - Low degree of knowledge accumulation and knowledge transfer.
