There is a very stringent hierarchy laid over a few employees who are employer's favorite and had delivered good product at some point. They will never let you grow in this company. They may propose false accusation on you in a way that will seem fair to the employer but not you. Never let your guard down against one person about whom you can ask/know after joining as he had been reported by many former employees. That person handles most projects of radicle but is real opportunist. He will discuss with you only on topics he knows (Even if he helps, he will raise a general indirect concern to upper management). He may mislead you and then accuse on you for performance. (freshers included i have seen one case)
