Sadly there are no pros to discuss. Due to this - I cannot and will not recommend anyone to work here.
Cons
Company concept is valid; Company leadership is broken, dazed and confused. Below average healthcare benefits with high costs Below average vacation time / holidays off No support for employee development or continuing education Employees are miserable and 'just want to get through the week' Dictatorial atmosphere - do the job or you will be let go Bait and switch - told you will be hired to do one thing - then told you will now do another Company culture is to re-org about every 2 months in order to give the appearance to their board - they are actually doing something
