I have been working at Radius Intelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Culture, leadership, benefits, career advancement, and great work and life balance. The company is truly invested in the success of all of its employees and rewards hard work. There has been a reset in vision and folks are really excited about the new year. The level of talent at the company is incredible and everyone is very accessible. Additionally, the product itself is solving a great market need.

    Cons

Last year was a tumultuous one, no doubt about it. There was high turnover in all departments, which made everyone uneasy.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your employees and you will reap the rewards. Maintain the level of transparency that is now being fostered across orgs.

I have been working at Radius Intelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great working environment. Smart co-workers. Talented Product team. Company events. Catered lunches. Good views. Matched 401k. Full benefits.

    Cons

There are some processes that can be improved. Leadership has some areas to get better at. Turnover and stop loss needs to become a focus.

    Advice to Management

They are doing the best job they can after a rough year with a merger that didn't happen. They have a strong product, and the ability to custom build the solution, which is a great product market fit. Continue to build process efficiency into the playbook for sales, and hone the product market fit based on market feedback.

    I worked at Radius Intelligence

    Pros

-Some great hardworking people with extensive knowledge in their fields -Relatively flexible work life -Free lunches -Market or above compensation -Opportunities to work outside of your formal JD

    Cons

-An executive team that leaves a lot to be desired. Vacant C suite positions unfilled. -A number of strategic blunders in the last year+ crippled the company's resources and its employee base. -Seemingly constant product vision shifts have stalled brand recognition and market share. -Product isn't leading the market competitively. Instead, market now dictates the direction of the company. -New business sales have... slowed dramatically and existing business is looking elsewhere. -The company's saving grace lies in a product that isn't fully baked and has had little real world customer use. -The number of questions still outweigh the available answers.

    Advice to Management

Hire a comprehensive C suite who have had experience scaling high growth companies successfully. Continue to ask your employees for feedback on all aspects of the business and put ideas into practice. Not all feedback is a critique of the system.

I worked at Radius Intelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great lunches, nice office space, easy commute on public transit

    Cons

Cliquey, high school culture, in contrast to 'culture' posters hanging in the office. Pettiness in the People Ops organization made it very difficult to work collaboratively CEO was far too involved in day-day decision making, instead of focusing on building the company brand and recognition with the outside world (CEO has since been removed) Backstabbing bosses who pretended to know what you were talking about,... but revealed their ignorance when they talked details, and promoted themselves on the product of your 12-14 hour days

    I worked at Radius Intelligence

    Pros

During its heyday, it was a Silicon Valley startup paragon: beautiful office, free food and lots of happy young workers.

    Cons

Like a Silicon Valley fable, the company imploded from terrible leadership, little product innovation and good old fashioned nepotism. Total boys’ club.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Radius Intelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I tend to agree with the old reviews. The company was a mess and culture was not productive. But that's all behind. New CEO and new leaders in the company are doing a great job. They listen for feedback, they care about the people and they actually ACT on the feedback. I'm glad I didn't leave the company a couple month back.

    Cons

with layoffs and people leaving there are a lot of gaps and lack of resources.

    Advice to Management

    keep listening to your team

I have been working at Radius Intelligence full-time

    Pros

Renewed vision, 100% commitment to transparency, passionate culture and strong focus on building a great company. I've been lucky enough to have 3 out of my 4 past start ups have very successful outcomes, Radius feels like it has the product/market/fit now to be #4!

    Cons

Extremely tumultuous year. Significant changes, leadership change, refreshed vision and mission. High paced growth is hard, if you are looking to hide the spotlight will find you.

    Advice to Management

Stay committed to the new course. Focus on building a great company and everything else will take care of itself.

I have been working at Radius Intelligence full-time

    Pros

    - Give 100%, get back 120% in experience, career development, friendships, and compensation - Opportunity to solve a real market need, and market opportunity is absolutely there - newer team is highly motivated, passionate, and focused

    Cons

    - Radius is fighting through the "messy middle". high flying growth at all cost and trying to do too much, to grow responsibly and sharpen our focus. Great challenges are made in these phases, but it requires grit, and critical thought and decision making. - Leadership changes are good, but change is always challenging.

    Advice to Management

    - consistent company wide communication - dont just echo the vision, give employees a voice in the mission
