      1. Salary is way lower than market 2. No increment, bonus, allowance 3. Current leader has no understanding about the product itself 4. Lack of reliable leadership 5.Unwilling to listen to others’ opinions 6.One person handles too many projects due to lack of manpower

      Good work environment, friendly colleagues, and easy communication between departments.

      Cons

      Salary is below market rate for the role. Job scope was not clearly defined throughout my employment. No salary increment or commission structure was provided. Management lacks professionalism, requires improvement, and staff are occasionally contacted outside of working hours. The company also experiences a high employee turnover rate. Not recommended to work here.
