Pros

*low pay *emotionally abusive environment *bad leadership *feels like high school *ECRM might hit all "leadership" with a severance shot gun but hey look at there reviews they are even worse to work for *fantasy foot ball *free lunch monday

Cons

*no leadership/ or growth opportunities *this is your basic chop shop without a sales plan *no opportunity for women, Nicky is merely a figure-head *it is more important to this company if you have been with them since the beginning if you are able to do your job, hence why the Qs are not ever met * if you aren't on the in crowd i.e. worked with all these ppl before they may not even hire you *no ethics: this is not a startup with a mission other than make money at all costs, it doesn't care about helping people or fixing a prolly, all the parent company cares about is making sure this isn't a loss that they bought but should of done more research before buying

Pros

If you like company politics, you'll like RangeMe.

Cons

RangeMe used to be a nice place to work before ECRM (the parent company) came in a couple of years ago. It's sad to see the place go down the drain so quickly after they came in and months later laid off half of the staff while us remaining half look to jump ship. "Leadership" values tenure over talent and values change over change for the sake of progression. They tolerate toxicity and misogyny. HR is incapable of adopting modern tech and is extremely unprofessional by gossiping and sharing personal information with other employees. There was potential before leadership decided to nickel and dime suppliers rather than improve the platform so there was an actual value for the customer. Avoid working here.

Pros

- Opportunity to learn a lot in a fast-paced environment - The company is fast-paced and growing like crazy - Cool product that makes a positive impact on small named brands - Some of the people at this company are total gems - Your work will probably be meaningful - Casual environment

Cons

- Pay and benefits are below the industry average, no bonus programs or incentives to obtain your quarterly goals other than fearing for losing your job - This company is an HR red flag, the employee handbook is outdated from 2012 and the single HR rep is mostly unreachable when it comes down to actual concerns - Quarterly goals are extremely ambitious, sometimes a total reach - Work-life balance seems great since they are a remote-first company but with your goals, you're likely to always be online - Lack of general organization structure and processes- this company operates in a scramble to get things done last minute based on requests - Mostly a flat organization where 20+ employees are reporting to a single person but they're looking to grow and change this
