      Great Colleagues, hybrid, clear work expectations

      Cons

      Horrific management from the top down, constantly scrambling and not taking the time to make out well thought out strategic plans. Seems to be going downhill and not stable.

      The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, and you really feel appreciated for the effort you put in.

      Cons

      some processes aren’t clearly defined and things can change quickly, so if you don’t enjoy a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, it may not be the best fit.
