      I joined Reach a few months back and a very excited to see the growth in 2021 and our expansion plans for 2022. Each person within the company is very ambitious, entrepreneurial and collaborative which helps instill an extremely positive culture in the entire org. More importantly, your opinions are valued and allow for each department to thoughtfully walk through each stage of growth as we continue to gain market share. Extremely impressed with the leadership and the team members in all areas of the organization.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment and scaling quickly. Normal growth bumps, but nothing out of the norm. You have to be willing to adapt to change and adjust quickly in certain scenarios.

      Pros

      I am a remote employee, like so many of us during the pandemic. Despite the distance, everyone has made me feel like I can reach out with questions and people are kind and eager to help solve problems.
