      - flexible schedule, recommended for high school and even college students - good work environment for both employees and students - application + interview process was fairly simple - overall pretty good place to work at to gain experience

      Cons

      - paperwork was very old fashioned, had to fill out by hand - incentive system for students didn't work as well, especially for older students
