      Creepy Men, No Diversity

      I don't have to work here anymore

      Executives and managers are mostly pompous, sexist, and creepy. I do not feel that this is a good place for women. Sometimes I feel like some of the men here will try to peek up skirts if you're a female employee, make sexist comments when they don't think you're able to hear them. The CEO is obsessed with himself, brags all the time just look him up on facebook, it's full of selfies and stories of his successes. He is trying to compensate for something. And they are all micromanagers. Just kind of a gross work place in that respect.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. This was a very difficult review to read (say what you will about me), as we work very hard to build a culture of inclusivity, respect, and progress. We're not used to receiving 1 star reviews, and the allegations you shared is troubling to say the least. Fifty-one percent of our team is female and as founder of this company, I am appalled anyone would experience this (and not discuss with me or HR).       The founder is in love with himself and begs for compliments. Just look at his social media. Also this company is imploding.

If you plan to join this journey you need a few things: a passion for the grind & success, the attitude to adapt to adjustments along the way, and a growth mindset to never quit.

      Cons

      As with any startup - as you begin to succeed you naturally grow, and with growth comes growing pains — communication, delegation, decision-making. Be humble but also prepared to find solutions the best you can to some of these growing pains.
