flexibility - have more exposure in IT roles if you prefer boss is friendly commission scheme is flexible
Cons
- the company is small, hence roles are less in the recent few years - colleagues are okay but they are quite aggressive (not everyone likes this working style) - normal salary, lower than the traditional recruitment firm
