Pros

Great money, cool team, beautiful views. Can definitely be a steady summer gig if you can handle it.

Cons

In a seasonal town, you have plenty of professional bartenders and servers who could work here.. however they only wanted to hire college kids, who aren't really trained for high-volume and this clientele. After we closed and dropped our banks.. we each had to wait for everyone to be done.. because they'd make us stay for "after party" aka we'd sit around and it turned into a training lessons (because newbies) but they'd make us seasoned folks stay too..

Pros

Nice money, lost 10 lbs, met my boyfriend there

Cons

I was screamed at by the owner multiple times for getting thrown into a job I wasn't trained for and the managers were clicky and made me stay until 1:30 one time because I didn't do good enough work during my 13 hours shift with no breaks

Pros

Peers are great to work with, beautiful location, nice customers, hostesses receive decent tips

Cons

Upper management can be strict and not super understanding, strict uniform rules and you have to buy uniform components yourself, no food discount or anything
