Pros

Good pay, good benefits, free lunches, free access to the gym, yoga classes, massages on some Thursdays, nice coworkers, and generally a good place to work.

Cons

Was doing fine until management of Production Control was handed over to a guy who was already overworked. He didn't have time to do some of his duties like training new people. He favored a "learn on the go" training strategy which translates to "You won't get any training." You're expected to teach yourself and still do your job at maximum efficiency at the same time without formal instruction.

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays. Though most the time it’s some crap Italian place or pizza. Having Black Friday is nice.

Cons

The Kern machines are absolute garbage. Their shift differential system is bad. I.E. Working third shift you get 3rd shift diff from only 11 to 7. If you stay late or come in early you only get regular time for that time. The management there all act like children and have no sense how to treat people professionally and with any respect. There is such a negative and clique culture amongst the different shifts and departments it will remind of high school.
