Pros

Good exposure to real-time production issues and release management. Opportunity to take ownership of deployments and environment handling (UAT, ST, Prod). Worked on multiple brand repositories, improving debugging and version control knowledge. Hands-on experience with React, GTM integrations, Contentful CMS, and deployment coordination. Supportive teammates and collaborative cross-functional work (UX, QA, backend).

Cons

Process dependency on multiple teams can slow down delivery occasionally. Multiple repositories with different versions can cause deployment and cache mismatch issues.

Unprofessional HR

Pros

Friendly and very cooperative teammates.

Cons

I found the HR experience at Redgrape Business Services to be quite unprofessional. There was a consistent lack of timely communication — even important queries related to compensation structure, probation policy, and relieving process were either delayed or left unanswered. Company policies, especially around probation and notice periods, were unclear and not updated transparently. I was verbally told policies had changed, but no official documentation was ever shared, creating unnecessary confusion during my exit. HR processes need more clarity, consistency, and accountability.
