Everyone including the CEO have an open door policy. Awesome work environment. Everyone is treated equally and fairly, which makes Redburn a rare Gem in the financial world of business. Location on 5th Ave is great!

Cons

Hours are long but come with the territory. There is nothing else at Redburn to point out. Is simply a great place to work at.
