      A deeply unprofessional workplace

      Pros

      - Top tier clients and deals - Only hires from top universities so lots of smart people - Junior cohort is a close knit group

      Cons

      It is not possible to put into words how bad it is to work for this company. It is truly the most unprofessional environment with far too many HR employees with ideas above their station. Deals and clients are top tier but management is weak and lacks leadership. Firm has no interest in retention and is riddled with inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour. Plenty of other places to get similar experience so would stay clear.

      Pay fairly good, some really nice people

      Cons

      Some very difficult people to work with that make the overall company toxic. If you’re ‘in’ you get away with extremely poor behaviour. Psychological games are rife.

      Great name in the market and good pay

      Cons

      Terrible hours (14-15 hours on average) and a toxic workplace. People do not care about one another. This job has sent a lot of people to hospital. Join at your own risk
