Pros

Company was owned by Australian company and the Australian team is great to work with.

Cons

The executive staff cut employee pay 20% sighting Covid as an excuse, took the Cares Act Grant "to preserve staff" and then sold the company for 150% profit, netting the officers millions in profit. On the backs of employees.

Pros

It used to be a great place to work full of happy people making a difference in traffic safety

Cons

We've morphed into something of a shady collections company. After 13 years there and surviving multiple layoffs over the years I was unceremoniously laid off as my position was eliminated. 13 years there and I got 2 weeks severance. My position was somewhat contingent on keeping existing contracts happy and winning new contracts and the company is failing and we weren't doing either.

Pros

The lunchroom marketplace was convenient The AZ location was near a lot of shops Friendly staff Always something new to learn New ways to prove yourself and make a name. Friendly, low stress office Generous salary

Cons

Things are constantly in flux. It's hard to catch your bearings. No one seems to know what's happening or how the systems work. There's not much transparency between corporate Australia and the US team. My new hire paperwork said that I'd have insurance after 60 days. They pushed it back to 90 to fit with their open enrollment. At around 93 days I started to run out of medicine so I had to nag them a bit. Still took another week or so before I got my insurance cards.
