The company appears to rely heavily on hiring recent graduates, likely banking on their inexperience with toxic workplace dynamics. While it’s marketed as a place for professional growth, it often takes advantage of those new to the workforce. Proceed with caution.

Management either micromanaging and hostile or nonexistent and careless. Did not give accurate depiction of job duties prior to starting. Did not provide proper PPE for handling medical waste. Relies on hiring recent grads with boss stating that most facilitators only last 6 months. No upward mobility. Boss does own bookkeeping, and some payments were months late
