Pros

I learned a lesson, always look for reviews before joining a company. You will be doing yourself a favor.

Cons

While working here, I had the worst experience in my entire life. There was not a day I was constantly afraid while I worked here. It took so many months to write this review here. Thanks to my therapist, I finally quit my job. There is nobody to encourage you, nobody to share your concern. I cannot use my phone, let alone leave my phone on my work desk. There will be yelling and gossiping by your manager/HR(not sure what her position in the company is). All you can do is listen silently. There will be discussions with the company CEO while that is happening inside the room. They will kick you out of the room; I have to stand in the corridor, wondering what I am doing here. They don't trust any of their employees.

Pros

You get to learn how to make your own way to work.

Cons

If you’re considering joining Reflex, think twice—many have regretted it, and you don’t want to be next. This company runs on favoritism and blind loyalty, not skill or hard work. No matter how well you did your job, if you weren’t coming in early or staying late, you were seen as a bad employee. Results didn’t matter—optics did. HR? A joke. There’s no real HR department—just one person juggling everything, completely unapproachable, and the last place you’d want to go for any real resolution. When I asked for a raise, I got three different answers from HR, my manager, and the owner. Confusing, unprofessional, and just plain ridiculous. To top it off, I later saw the same role posted for a higher salary, yet my concerns were brushed off with weak excuses. Turnover? Through the roof. No regular employee stayed for more than a year. If someone resigned, they were often fired on the spot—no valid reason, no professionalism, just a toxic power move. The Design Manager? All ego, no inspiration. She’s been there since the company started, so her loyalty outweighs her actual leadership skills. Instead of growing and adapting, she’s stuck in her ways and unwilling to expand her perspective. Not the kind of leadership that pushes a team forward. And the owner? Well, he’s the one who put these people in charge, so I’ll let that speak for itself. Some things are better left unsaid. Bottom line: This isn’t a workplace—it’s a cautionary tale.
