Great training, decent pay, fun culture, clear mission statement. Super refreshing to work with open minded and diverse group of people. Office is right off all the major highways, free parking, and office itself is pretty sweet (lots of bright colors).
Cons
Promotions are more difficult than I expected, attendance policy can affect it.
I worked there for about 6 months. They recently came to Dallas so they definitely had a start up feel but the office is really nice up on the to floor of the building. The manager there is a pretty intense guy but he does a good job of being approachable and giving actual advice. The girl who trained me was amazing and I still stay in contact with her. I loved working there but had to move to Austin
Cons
You need to know your marketing and how to communicate really well with their customers otherwise you'll get overwhelmed quickly. Some late nights too
