      It's just brutal for the average employee

      Pros

      They make a ton of money, keep growing, and pay their employees each week. You also seem to get a lot of free food. And the location is good for most people folks.

      Cons

      Owners are crazy and enjoy playing games with employees. Harassment lurks around every corner when the boss is in the building (particularly if you are female). Prepare to be screamed at randomly for reasons you won't understand. Sometimes the fear is palpable.

      Some good people. Employees work very hard!

      Cons

      The EA position is filled quite frequently due to the lack of direction and nature of the individual it reports to. The position has been filled at least 6 times in 5 years.

      The pay is actually pretty decent. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      As another reviewer noted, they run on a culture of fear. The owner/president is possibly a sociopath, he rants & raves and screams at people. He's also a luddite and everything is on paper - you've never seen so many filing cabinets in your life.
