      Great work culture and great management. Everyone seems happy to be working there, which is something I haven't experienced in a while.

      Pros

      Pay structure rewards hard work, lots of ways to earn extra cash. Owners are fair and transparent, will listen to ideas from others. There's room for career advancement with crew lead and assistant manager positions.

      Cons

      Work schedule during the week can be inconsistent depending on what jobs look like, there's also a few seasonal shifts where hours can drop for technicians.

      Management values its employees as much as its customers. Productivity based commission gives a solid bump to pay for motivated individuals

      Cons

      Work can slow between seasons which can affect hours. Paychecks can be inconsistent depending on productivity. Outdoor work in most weather conditions.
