      Most of my co-workers are helpful and friendly.

      RepRally is chaotic because its current leadership is clueless and has no direction. The lack of organization and coordination among the leaders of this company results in a messy and disorganized work environment, and this chaos results in more stress and pressure on the employees. Unfortunately, there are hardly any opportunities for advancement here.

      Some technically capable coworkers and modern tooling.

      Cons

      The biggest issue was leadership chaos that made long-term engineering work nearly impossible. Roadmaps were rewritten constantly, deadlines were arbitrary, and engineers were expected to clean up rushed decisions without being involved in them. Technical debt piled up while leadership focused on optics rather than stability, and burnout was normalized as part of the job. There was no real ownership or accountability, just pressure to deliver no matter the cost.
