The founders are encouraging and supportive, and they invest in the long-term career success of their employees by providing ample opportunities for professional development. During team discussions, each person’s opinion is heard and respected; the founders are extremely welcoming of new ideas, creative problem solving, and alternative ways of doing things. I really appreciated the flexibility and work-life balance that Repisodic offered.
Cons
It's an early stage company so things move pretty fast - not really a "con", but something to consider if you're applying for a position.
