      Pros

      Repositive is a great place to work, with a very friendly and collaborative work environment and plenty of support. The company is very mission driven, and you can feel we are all working towards the same goal and passionate about what we're trying to achieve.

      Cons

      As it is a start-up, a number of processes are slightly ad-hoc/trial and error, and the personal development side (e.g. training courses) is mostly left up to the individual to find as opposed to already in place. This means there's a lot of freedom to try new things but you have to be willing to be quite self-sufficient and proactive about it.

      Pros

      Really nice place to work! There is a great sense of working together towards a goal. I feel like everyone on the team is being heard and respected. It's a safe environment to exchange opinions. You feel like you have an actual impact on the company direction.

      Cons

      It is a startup setting so can be very fast, demanding and hard. A lot of independent work. Often times there are high expectations. Not for everyone but can be very fun!
