      Pros

      Average priced food and drink vending machines in pantry.

      Cons

      The average time span of any employee (especially top management is less than 3 months). Turnover rate super duper high. Some of the high profile employee terminated include CFOs, VPs, AVPs and managers. No difference whether u are confirmed staffs or not, will still get fired eventually. CEO is super duper difficult to work with, the biggest irony is the root of the company's name means REST. But no employee is ever resting. Crazy work hours and work load. DON'T JOIN.

      Absolutely none at all. Unless cheap vending machine snacks matter to you.

      Cons

      Everything else. Turnover rate for management is so high let alone for the ground level staff. Reporting officers for the Ops team lasted 6 months at best. Inconsistent information given to staff. No bonus, no salary review even after working for over 1.5 years. Having to work for our leaves is riddiculous e.g we only get 1-2 days of AL “unlocked” monthly. No dental benefits. Health benefits at minimal. The “coverage” they provide doesnt even cover for the consultation fees. Overtime is not an option, its a MUST. Inconsistent claim criteria that changes without any notices. One day you can claim transport, the next you can’t. just the TIP of the iceberg. If everything were to be stated, word count would be hit.
