      Toxic culture with job insecurity and poor management

      No pros of the company, apart from job location

      Cons

      Employee don't feel the job security and upper management treat the sub ordinates pathetic. No respect for mid level employees. Work culture is also not good. They are always down sizing. Shouting at each other is glorified
