      Pros

      $20 toward lunch, good benefits.

      Cons

      Fear-based culture. Seven-day work expectations. Harassment and a hostile work environment. Clear favoritism and visible bias with little interest in diversity or inclusion. Leadership lacks professionalism, transparency, and trust in employees. Zero investment in training, development, or upskilling. Communication is often aggressive and filled with cursing. Employees are micromanaged instead of empowered, and morale reflects it. Leadership by fear rather than competence.

      Pros

      I've worked at a few companies and Revin genuinely stands out. The people here are incredible, everyone is pulling in the same direction and actually wants to see each other succeed. It's the kind of place where you show up on Monday and you're actually excited to get to work. You can feel the momentum and it's contagious.

      Honestly nothing comes to mind.

      Pros

      Strong product market fit with an excellent engineering team that is constantly iterating and improving the product. The team is highly invested and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Deal sizes are meaningful and sales cycles are relatively fast, so there’s real earning potential if you can execute.

      Cons

      As any startup, the pace is fast and expectations are high, but allows for you to quickly grow. There’s a high level of ownership, so you’re given a lot of autonomy.
