The company consistently violate labor codes. I had to make a complaint to the DIR. They have a high employee turnover and can’t keep their employees. 2 people left within a month in a half and it was their best employees. They have poor training which sets everyone up to fail. If you try to bring any suggestions on how to improve, that will bruise the managements ego. When they give feedback, they don’t know how to communicate in a respectful manner and are very condescending. Management lacks boundaries and will try to make you pick up medications for patients without paying employees for that time, especially for new people. Please stay away from this place if you can. You do a lot of work for such little pay and with no support.
