Cons: My time at Rewst was destabilizing and scary. Leadership policed employees and came across as vindictive and petty. Expectations were unclear, and when concerns were raised, leadership pretended to listen but never followed through. Most hires were from Marco, and there were four rounds of layoffs. People felt scared all the time, and the environment was tough. Leadership took no accountability, set unrealistic goals, and the product didn’t work as promised. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not apply here.

Poor Upper Management. It's a small company with less than 150 employees and they restructured twice in past 6 months laying off large number of Great employees. Laid off 30+ in January but spending millions for company wide trip to Puerto Rico in February. Skip the trip... keep your employees. Management truly does not seem to care about people (employees and clients) and only cares about the money. Platform growth causes Bugs and downtime Clients get shuffled around and not provided genuine assistance Company Culture has taken a dive
