I have worked for 3 dealerships and this is by far the worst I have ever worked for. Management that tells you you need to be “creative” with warranties to make money very shady. Employees that have a general lack of knowledge or care for others vehicles. Medical benefits that are so expensive the normal employee can not afford that is if you are even informed about them. Highest paid tech is $30 flat rate hour
