      Pros

      - Knowledgeable managers/leads - Good training opportunities - Good work-life balance - Managers try their best to put you in jobs that align with your interests

      Cons

      - Work is highly dependent on what comes through the door (as expected from a consulting company but sometimes it gets repetitive). - RRSP Matching is a bit low

I did want to mention that salary provided is not aligned with a full time Control System Specialist or someone with 1-2 years with the company. It may have been a default or a mis-click, but I wanted to clarify so potential candidates didn't get the wrong impression when considering RidgeTech opportunities.
