      They're always understanding about taking time off even if it's short notice, and they provide fair wages with annual increases. They firmly believe in not taking work home.

      Cons

      The nature of construction is hard so there's certainly a high turnover for general labor positions. Not a lot of opportunity for growth outside of cross-training.
